Pros
ACS hires people, not positions. The company is full of quality, A-team people and the level of professionalism is beyond anything I've experienced at previous jobs. The leadership team is very involved and supportive of all staff members. The leadership team is very focused on providing a rewarding, work-life balanced, and challenging work environment. I previously took a short break from working and was hesitant about my transition back into the workforce; my leadership alleviated my fears and joining ACS was one of my best decisions. I love my job and highly recommend working here. ACS offers a competitive salary and support professional growth. ACS is a small company (which I love!) and teams with other companies on most of their engagements.
Cons
The only con I can think of would be for people who are accustomed/prefer working for a large company. ACS is less than 50 people and pretty flat - everyone is held accountable for their work and the chain of command can be a bit blurry.
