Pros
The Managing Partners empower the executives and managers to perform their duties without meddling or over-managing. Everyone is included in the decision-making process and the company is very transparent. The company is always celebrating the success of employees and makes folks feel very appreciated and included.
Cons
Very light in the upper executive level. Some could see this as negative, but it does push decision-making into the workforce and increases the leadership of Senior Managers.
