Pros
ACS is a top end technical solution provider and premier place to work with a timely and forward thinking management approach encouraging and celebrating diversity and inclusion, career and personal growth, and community outreach. Work-life balance is amazing! I've been able to apply my previous skills and continue to research and apply new technical skills on the job.
Cons
There have been rough times, as in any work environment, but I've always been able to openly discuss my concerns and work out the kinks with management and coworkers.
