Great place to work.Very family oriented. A great opportunity to grow and learn new technology's. Nice family type environment.

Cons

Very customer oriented to the point that they allow customers to dictate project deadlines. Management needs to make a stand, and say no that's unrealistic to upper management.

Often is clear and concise about requirements for programming tasks. Free Snacks. Flexible Hours. Management is a crack team of competent dreamers. Couldn't ask for better managers. Good conflict resolution skills of management.

Cons

You have to live in Ohio or Tennessee.
