Corporate nightmare - Electrician Astec Industries Employee Review

Corporate took completely over the past few yrs. Maintenance department wasn't valued. No direction, no planning, no scheduled p.m.'s, wouldn't let me do PMs on machines during down time because of overtime. Layoffs are bad when they happen. All new electrical installs they do aren't legal because there is no Supervising electrician on site, but management doesn't seem to care or realize how big of a deal that is.
