Waste of time. - Accounting Astec Industries Employee Review

The management lacked direction and clarity. My supervisor exhibited favoritism in the office, making it obvious who they preferred and who they did not, without any valid reason. Despite being promised opportunities for advancement within the company, that was far from the reality. This job turned out to be a major disappointment and an unfortunate waste of my time.
