Poor candidate experience with no communication from HR - Not Applicable Title Astellas Employee Review

I have applied to 10s of organisation for job but none like Astellas in responding to application. Only when you log into your account, you discover that your application has disappeared telling you that you have been unsuccessful. I had applied to two position and for both, I only found out I was not successful when logging into my account and checking. No HR email, no comms! They teach a lot of theories about candidate experience and how it matters. But for Astellas, it seems, this does not mean anything. It might follow Eastern culture, given its background, but even then I don't believe this sort of candidate experience lines with any culture.
