Pros
- Sociable fun culture (lots of events, CSR drinks, parties, lunches etc.) - 12 month training program (I've worked at companies that promise good recruitment training but this is the best I've experienced as its mostly classroom based) - Ability to take a day off for charity and get involved with CSR activities - Good progression opportunities - they promote from within and have a clear structure to help develop your career. - Great people to work with - nice to be around driven like minded people - Good commission structure with the opportunity for an increase once you are promoted. - Company has lots of tools in place to help you succeed - Free office fruit -Healthcare -Work in the way you want to work -Management are great -Stunning offices
Cons
- As with any recruitment company you need to be prepared to work hard however I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there are no excessive calling KPI's like at other agencies. - If you join you need to be resilient as you will need to handle objections etc.. however this is the same for any recruitment role in any company -Hours are longer than in some other industries (core hours are 8-6pm)however they are necessary to be able to fulfill the role - this is the same in most recruitment companies
