Pros

Aston Carter has a good working environment for a fresher. A fresher can learn and grow at a fast pace. The team is very supportive and at the same time challenges us to learn and grow. Being a company which has recently entered the Indian market I would say it feels like a small family which is growing a faster pace and with it we as employees are also prospering. Fixed work timings Saturday Sunday off If you wish to start your journey in recruiting then this company is the right place and now is the right time. Opportunity to connect with the client Opportunity to change domain or department within company

Cons

If you are a candidate looking for a good package only then this is not your place. But if you are looking for a good package which challenges you to learn and grow then welcome. Work from home, less travel No leave on few of the Indian holidays

The company offers strong training, a collaborative culture, and a performance-driven environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. I was fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues and supportive leaders who helped me grow both personally and professionally.
