Pros

Good working enviroment and partnership, nice people there, backup and support always in position, even no prior related proferssional experience after 3-4 weeks paid training will quickly admitted to the business.

Cons

Comparatively stress/pressure and burdern related to the daily tasks, especially Monday and Tuesday for payroll processing. Lots of emails need to taken care from internal or external that need make quick response follow/compliant with 1/24 rules. For missing any timecards on Tuesday can't paid on time will hit your socre card also that happens when weekley new hire contractors' files can't processed into the system. Besides that, not much actually Cons, if someone like work under certain pressure and stress, this should be a good position for permantly or temporally.

Pros

Aston Carter provided excellent opportunities for professional growth, career progression, and leadership development. I had the opportunity to work with some of the largest healthcare and insurance clients in the country, build strong client relationships, and lead high-performing teams. The company offers strong training, a collaborative culture, and a performance-driven environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. I was fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues and supportive leaders who helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

Like many staffing and recruiting organizations, the environment can be fast-paced and demanding, with a strong focus on metrics and performance goals. Work-life balance can be challenging during peak periods, and processes can sometimes vary between offices or leadership teams. However, these challenges also create opportunities for growth and development.
