Pros

If you’re looking to gain experience then it’s a great opportunity. If you hit your yearly bonus, they pay you in stocks with the company which is great and a trip to Cancun.

Cons

You will work 50-60 hours weekly. You will be burnt out. There’s no life and work balance. Your success is determined on your AM and what they bring and also your hard work, however, sometimes you can be a great Recruiter and be stuck with a bad AM. You will be micro-managed. Some AM’s think they are better than Recruiters because they of their title. It usually take 1-2 or more years to start seeing good income. Retention isn’t good.

Pros

Aston Carter provided excellent opportunities for professional growth, career progression, and leadership development. I had the opportunity to work with some of the largest healthcare and insurance clients in the country, build strong client relationships, and lead high-performing teams. The company offers strong training, a collaborative culture, and a performance-driven environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. I was fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues and supportive leaders who helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

Like many staffing and recruiting organizations, the environment can be fast-paced and demanding, with a strong focus on metrics and performance goals. Work-life balance can be challenging during peak periods, and processes can sometimes vary between offices or leadership teams. However, these challenges also create opportunities for growth and development.
