Pros
Payroll was done every week with payouts.
Cons
Where do I begin? Joining this organization was a disaster from the get go. First off, it is impossible to know who you are actually employed for. I was subcontracted 4 times through Aston Carter, meaning that the Actual Company contracted to Company A contracted Company B, and Company B Contracted through Aston Carter. I had 4 recruiters messaging me from different parts of this clustered organizations asking me for items I have already filled out several times. I was never given vital information about my position, including end dates, end times, my employee ID or any employee handbook of any of these companies. In fact, due to the error in End-Dates, I was working for days afterwards with no idea that I had actually already completed the contract. All these companies were all operating independent of each other, constantly not sharing information about my onboarding status, required vaccinations, etc. Many times the support staff to help with inquiries were extremely short and sounded frustrated a lot while speaking. There had been moments where the recruiter I was working with was openly hostile and felt very pressured to keep my mouth shut. In one instance, I called a member from HR to ask about my end date (again something never given to me) on a number found in the email correspondence. She was angry I called her on her phone - the very same phone number she put into the email to call her with any questions. It is ridiculous.
