Pros
- Team seated out of Milwaukee was great - Some leadership/mentorship was amazing and these individuals wanted to support you and see you succeed - I made some friends that I will have for the rest of my life - You can make a lot of money, but you have to have people in your office/team that has large accounts or find the managers with large accounts and work your a** off for them. If you don't you're SOL
Cons
- Other team members not seated in Milwaukee took away from the culture and didn't have great leadership - High metrics were expected weekly - Some individuals in management believed hardwork was working 50-60 hr weeks and they glorified other employees did the same - High burn out rate and low retention - Lows were low and highs were high - Some managers were simply not fit to lead - Glass ceiling - there is no opportunity to really advance in the company or be promoted into a different role if you're in a production role. There are some positions for production that will open up, but you'll only be considered after 10+ years of working the same position. - Drinking/party culture is encouraged
