Struggle to compete and differentiate from other top competitors. Underwent a lot of change internally from ~2020-2024 and lost good leadership. Although leadership knows how to push people to produce, sometimes there's disconnect between how to accomplish that and annual "initiatives" from senior leadership; only leads to salespeople doing a lot of busy work and additional documentation, that seems to only be a way for said leadership to provide documentation that they tried something. Forcing employees to do "creative" ways to document three different ways, and never focusing on actual ROI from said sales initiatives. Also each year they slowly transfer the financial burden on the individual sellers, by reducing potential commission on the same sales to bring back to the company.
