Pros

Get to drive around and talk to people. Get remuneration for mileage, meals, and a 50 credit for phone.

Cons

Starting direct with Amazon pays 166% more. If they decide to renew you get paid less than you started. You have less resources than did you were direct. You have a supervisor that tells you you have access to software that doesn’t give you permissions to efficiently run it. You will often find it impossible to achieve goals and stick to 40 hours a week because they want to avoid overtime. Working in territories that other reps have worked and lied to businesses and you have to psychologically place yourself as their priority. Other reps that will have a different slant on a pitch that actually takes the business priority away from you by using poor technique and grammar.

Pros

Aston Carter provided excellent opportunities for professional growth, career progression, and leadership development. I had the opportunity to work with some of the largest healthcare and insurance clients in the country, build strong client relationships, and lead high-performing teams. The company offers strong training, a collaborative culture, and a performance-driven environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. I was fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues and supportive leaders who helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

Like many staffing and recruiting organizations, the environment can be fast-paced and demanding, with a strong focus on metrics and performance goals. Work-life balance can be challenging during peak periods, and processes can sometimes vary between offices or leadership teams. However, these challenges also create opportunities for growth and development.
