Pros

The company gave a lot of development opportunity and exposure to new challenges. Possess good management system. The company empowers its employees to do the job, not micromanaging people.

Cons

Since it is a big company, sometimes the company fails to spot free passengers, i.e. the employees who do minimum job. Just have big talking but no results

Pros

- The senior managements really care about the growth of their intern; thus, as an intern, I learned a lot about the role (strategy and partnership) and also about the company itself. - Had the chance to improve my communication and teamwork skills during my internship period, as I had the chance to present the project summary to the executive management.

Cons

- I believe Astra Digital team is doing their best to also support their intern; thus, as for now, I do not have any cons to the role and the company itself.
