the only good thing you get 100% for sure is job security

- many manual process - internal politics within company and between companies within the group - sexist management (they hire girls only to be a greeter, and some of the management level comment is that "yea, for this position we don't need smart girl, we just need girls with good body and pretty face to greet the bosses and lift up the bosses' mood") - uneven distribution of job across organization. some department worked their bones dry with all of the unpaid overtime, some other can even have the privilege of strolling around the office asking about small stuff like what they will be doing after office - UNPAID OVERTIME - totally unclear career path - unreasonably too many secrecy in how they manage their human resource - the least inclusive environment for such a huge company
