good benefits poor opportunities - GME AstraZeneca Employee Review

it makes you wonder ,how this company is so good when all GBS dpts suffer from serious lack of organization, GME LT has zero strategy, micromanaging , has zero opportunities for middle management, 80% of the LT is from UK , most not even close of being Leader, no tendency to involve and change. GME is like a better paid UK public service. If you are english you will probably be promoted in a decade.
