      Micromanagement from managers who never did well in the field but now know everything. Policy of "managing out" reps that won't follow sometimes questionable managers advice.

Despite receiving interviews from peer organizations, I did not receive a single recruiter interaction. I fully understand the competitiveness of hiring, but such a complete lack of engagement raises questions about potential overreliance on AI screening or unintended bias.
