      They just see number nowadays, If suddenly removed no good compensation. No good field support by line manager ,they tell they come observe things what you do, All politics even for internal transfers

Despite receiving interviews from peer organizations, I did not receive a single recruiter interaction. I fully understand the competitiveness of hiring, but such a complete lack of engagement raises questions about potential overreliance on AI screening or unintended bias.
