Pros
Lots of responsibility, interesting projects and a sense of an improving company culture. Very good base package plus benefits, flexible working.
Cons
Hard work, sometimes stressful. A stronger emphasis on training would be preferred. Sometimes there are disparities between different department perks (such as whether you can fly business class).
