The pay could be better for getting your foot in the door.
Cons
You work rotating 12 hr shifts which makes it hard to have a good work life balance, they mostly hire from recruiting agencies and you have no holiday pay, no accumulated vacation, sick time or health insurance etc. for up to and over a year in some instances and a lot of management politics.
