Nice building. Good work environment. Good benefits. OK salary.
Cons
Notoriously slow and difficult to get promoted. The Waltham site is on the edge of an active volcano. Although it has been gone through a series of reduction, the worst has not come, yet. Brilliant scientists are leaving the company.
