Good people to work with, some of the management will stand up for their employees. New facilities. Good opportunities to grow within the company when you can find them.
Cons
No HR department. Does not match average industry salaries. Does not offer employees many extra incentives. No culture whatsoever. Pay increases are minimal even with good year-end reviews.
