Great salary. 100% employer paid health benefits. Good variety of snacks and drinks. Pre-pandemic we had great breakfast options (bread, cereal, etc.). Every desk is preset up with two 25" monitors. Constant sanitizing of workplace. You could smell the antiseptic spray. Fantastic facilities team!! Onsite IT which is very helpful to have. Good managers with good people skills. Changing from iBuy to Coupa procurement system.
Cons
Unfortunate atmosphere of like we were back in high school with the ostracizing and backstabbing going on within one of the departments. After AZ completed the acquisition of Acerta Pharma, layoffs and tightening of the belt changed the culture of the office. A lot of good people left or were laid off. No more Legal or Human Resource departments onsite.
