Pros
- decent salary - the benefits were not bad (but also not awesome compared to some other companies) - many vacation days, at least in Sweden - the offices are modern and nice
Cons
- the management is in general incompetent and toxic with zero people management skills. There are some rare exceptions but most of the managers have no clue what they're doing and no one seems to be bothered - some departments are passive-aggressive or even professionally hostile towards each other as if there was some competition to prove who is more competent and needed and who's obsolete - it seems there's absolutely no real vision what some roles and departments are for - The workload is not balanced between the roles - some people are overloaded, some have barely anything to do. The same with the assignments - some require a moderately skilled intern to be done, hiring highly competent professionals to do those is a waste of their time. - hiring people just to let them go after a few months - bad planning, no vision and again, a waste of people's time. - 3 day / week at the office policy to "foster in-person collaboration" is for many of employees equal to sitting all days alone in a conference room, in online calls - the DEI is nothing else but a townhall agenda point - the company doesn't live up to its values
