Pros
Pipeline is amazing. CEO Pascal has done an amazing turn around of the company. It is based on following the science. Love the vibe on Gaithersburg campus. Trying to change the culture.... but LONG Way to go !!
Cons
2016-2017 will be tough. You'll see parts of the business growing and others impacted by patent cliff expiration. More cuts will come!!!! Culture- very mixed. Polarizing b/c it is different across the sites, division, and teams. Culture seems to support ok to randomly change mind about decisions previously made.
