Pros
The people are great, they are all incredibly passionate people and all very solid professionals. Never been surrounded by so many people with PhDs. Lots of career opportunities, and interesting projects\problems to solve. Good holiday and bonus package, including opt-in Death in Service.
Cons
As with any large organisation, getting things done can be a challenge due to the number of stakeholders, the complexity of the organisation, and the need for regulatory compliance.
