They are great at expanding their business networks with new awarded contracts and mergers.
Cons
They like to keep employees in a box....for example, if you are in a certain Job Category, they will not increase your salary to reflect your experience and the value of your work - they will only increase literally like 2.5% and most importantly to in comparison (minimally 3% to include the cost of living in area) to what the current market in a region is minimally or to meet or negotiate to even close to what the maximum salary would.
