senior management. The new president, HR and CFO are cost cutting fiends and all at the expense of people and wages. This is done so the company numbers look desirable to investors. In reality morale is low and customer service is deplorable. The very people who pay us, our customers, are no longer viewed as customers but as $$ signs. They bottom line is the holy grail to these dogs and they really should be ashamed of what they've created! To my dismay, I tell you that this is not a friendly company any longer or a desirable one to work at.
