Pros
A well managed company focused mostly on stock value. Stability is created by three divisions in unrelated market niches. This balances bad times. One of the three divisions is usually hot, sometimes more. Good infrastructure. High quality modern equipment throughout production and engineering. A single engineering staff and production facility for all product lines is a good thing. Reasonable benfits, especially for those in sales, marketing and managment.
Cons
A lot of family in upper managment, A lot of CYA mentality in the daily operation. A tendency to follow rather than lead technologically, although in the end their products remain competitive, they hang behind the curve a year or two and inovate only when beaten severely by a missing feature. Salary for in-house (non-traveling) support staff is poor.
