Family owned business with nepotism the most important asset. Ancient computer technology that is in desperate need of upgrading. Office staff very cliquish, tending to be not very welcoming to newcomers. Hopelessly stuck in the 70s, replace the computers with typewriters and the office looks like a typing pool from a 1960s movie. Every morning the stuffed shirts tour the entire facility and tut-tut over yesterday's numbers. Difficult to manage workload since everything is a priority and needs to be done immediately.
