Negative reviews about performance should be given to the individual for them to excel, not shared widely in the company leadership. 8. Why hire someone through more than 4 interviews, they pass probation, and later you say they are not qualified or lack skills for the job role because of your unattainable deadlines set by a clueless team lead who knows nothing about the assignment they are giving? 9.
