Pros

-Decent pay for the work (for a college student living at home) -Very flexible hours for working around school -Generally easy work.

Cons

-Retail -Store lead was a pain to work with -High employee turnover; nobody really cared about their job, compounded with the unpleasantness of the store lead. -Hard to get full-time hours because the store didn't have them to give out.

Pros

Great Customers and coworkers. The products we affordable and great quality and I loved doing the visual Merchandising changes for the wall decor and home organizations. We really had a great team we provided great customer service and the local real estate loved coming in for assistance

Cons

The miscommunication between the upper management and the store level management wavered. We went over 8 months without a Store Director. High labor demands and lack of support led to a high turnover rate and a toxic work environment. Pay isn't commensurate with responsibilities.
