      Pros

      Good culture and growing company. Good discount on products. Neat products to choose from. Quickly changing from one season to the next.

      Cons

      Logistically challenged. They don't know where their trucks are and when they will arrive. Policies are enforced when it is in the favor of the coo.

      Pros

      Great Customers and coworkers. The products we affordable and great quality and I loved doing the visual Merchandising changes for the wall decor and home organizations. We really had a great team we provided great customer service and the local real estate loved coming in for assistance

      Cons

      The miscommunication between the upper management and the store level management wavered. We went over 8 months without a Store Director. High labor demands and lack of support led to a high turnover rate and a toxic work environment. Pay isn't commensurate with responsibilities.
