      25% discount is nice flexible hours

      Cons

      very understaffed, not enough people to get anything done, leaving the store a mess. turnover rate high management plays favorites opportunities for advancement are near non existent

      Pros

      Great Customers and coworkers. The products we affordable and great quality and I loved doing the visual Merchandising changes for the wall decor and home organizations. We really had a great team we provided great customer service and the local real estate loved coming in for assistance

      Cons

      The miscommunication between the upper management and the store level management wavered. We went over 8 months without a Store Director. High labor demands and lack of support led to a high turnover rate and a toxic work environment. Pay isn't commensurate with responsibilities.
