Managers Have Their Favorites And If You Aren’t One You’re Trash. Entire Place Is Like High School. If you’ve ever seen mean girls you’ll understand At Home. They All Pressure your to put your Blood, Sweat & Tears into your job. Moving non stop. Sweating non stop until you’re soaked. Pressure to get thousands of square feet of departments completely done plus help customers and do any extras they ask of you. If you don’t do 110% you failed horribly to them. They will take advantage of you, they will use you. They will get rid of you once you’re not useful to them anymore. The management does not enforce Standard Operating Procedure’s, management hires dangerous criminals. They spread rumors behind your back. They do not directly bring up any problems with your work, they gossip about it then push us even harder not telling us what or if we did something wrong. Management drinks Alcohol on duty. 90% of the problems with this company is the management. And Human Resources works for the company not us, They don’t bother to help. They just get you in more trouble when management finds out from HR and takes it out on you indirectly.
