The customers are incredibly messy, more so than any other place I've worked No standard for where exactly to stock things Little opportunity to move beyond Customer Support Specialist, Operations Support Specialist, or another job that doesn't pay enough to support yourself Not customer service oriented

Pros

Great Customers and coworkers. The products we affordable and great quality and I loved doing the visual Merchandising changes for the wall decor and home organizations. We really had a great team we provided great customer service and the local real estate loved coming in for assistance

Cons

The miscommunication between the upper management and the store level management wavered. We went over 8 months without a Store Director. High labor demands and lack of support led to a high turnover rate and a toxic work environment. Pay isn't commensurate with responsibilities.
