Pros
Every day is different. I learned new things everyday. The opportunity to use your creative side and express your style constantly as well as adapt and learn new techniques and ideas. Its like having a gym membership- I lost 30+ lbs working here. Lots of walking and lifting.
Cons
Its a different schedule every day. One day would be 1st shift hours, the next would be closing. It was never consistent. As a single mother, this position didn't provide much work life balance at all and for the low pay and no benefits it isn't worth not seeing my son in the end. I worked 40 hours every week but they wouldn't consider me full time so I couldn't get simple benefits like Healthcare. Very often hard work and good ideas would go unnoticed. It was frustrating seeing all the people come and go between 1 day and less than a week working. Also its very unprofessional to hear your bosses talk poorly about the employees on a daily basis. Too much gossip.
