      Pros

      Good company on the upswing, tons of growth as the company continues to grow. Aggressive pay and good benefits, including store wide bonuses for all hourly associates as well as management.

      Cons

      Heavy work load, especially in operations. Very light labor model in a large retail environment. Can be very physical. Not your typical large retail type position.

      Pros

      Great Customers and coworkers. The products we affordable and great quality and I loved doing the visual Merchandising changes for the wall decor and home organizations. We really had a great team we provided great customer service and the local real estate loved coming in for assistance

      Cons

      The miscommunication between the upper management and the store level management wavered. We went over 8 months without a Store Director. High labor demands and lack of support led to a high turnover rate and a toxic work environment. Pay isn't commensurate with responsibilities.
