Consistent Schedule Straightforward assignments once you're told what to do Good if you want limited customer interaction Some nice coworkers

Cons

Hours per day are limited No written daily agendas- you constantly have to run around the store searching for your manager so you know what your next task is If understaffed, management still magically expects the team to be as efficient as a fully-staffed one Machines/devices vital to the job are sparse and often broken, which leads to safety issues and lost efficiency (broken hydraulic lift, only 1-2 outdated scanners)

Great Customers and coworkers. The products we affordable and great quality and I loved doing the visual Merchandising changes for the wall decor and home organizations. We really had a great team we provided great customer service and the local real estate loved coming in for assistance

Cons

The miscommunication between the upper management and the store level management wavered. We went over 8 months without a Store Director. High labor demands and lack of support led to a high turnover rate and a toxic work environment. Pay isn't commensurate with responsibilities.
