Cons

Pay could be higher for all the work that is put into the job, and organization in management (the goals and assigned tasks for the day are not always clear and I find myself having to ask management many times how I'm supposed to go about the day)

Great Customers and coworkers. The products we affordable and great quality and I loved doing the visual Merchandising changes for the wall decor and home organizations. We really had a great team we provided great customer service and the local real estate loved coming in for assistance

Cons

The miscommunication between the upper management and the store level management wavered. We went over 8 months without a Store Director. High labor demands and lack of support led to a high turnover rate and a toxic work environment. Pay isn't commensurate with responsibilities.
