Low pay Inadequate training Unkept Promises of a raise Employees were not a priority during the height of the pandemic. Store stayed open despite NOT being essential. Health/safety measures were not properly taken. High turnover rate There is a ton of waste. So much gets damaged or thrown away. Items need to be donated or employees should be allowed to purchase. They products are not that high quality. Many items are overpriced for the quality
