Pros

Flexible schedule if you don't want many hours. Management is oblivious so you can wear headphones all shift without being noticed.

Cons

Men are sexually discriminated against, having the highest loyalty program penetration in the store means nothing if you have a y chromosome and they can tell you to rearrange furniture and ignore customers

Pros

Great Customers and coworkers. The products we affordable and great quality and I loved doing the visual Merchandising changes for the wall decor and home organizations. We really had a great team we provided great customer service and the local real estate loved coming in for assistance

Cons

The miscommunication between the upper management and the store level management wavered. We went over 8 months without a Store Director. High labor demands and lack of support led to a high turnover rate and a toxic work environment. Pay isn't commensurate with responsibilities.
