Pros
If you have quality coworkers, the shifts are tolerable. Flexible scheduling

Management is inconsistent and fickle, especially in regard to credit card sales, for which (even part-time) employees are pressured to meet unrealistic quotas. Management is also needlessly tough on employees— if the job does not consume all of your free time and mental capacity, it’s not good enough for them. Chronically understaffed with a high turnover rate, which surprises nobody
