      Had good hours for school Other employee's were friendly Wasn't far from home Had good memberships for customers

      Had sexist higher up who would yell at employees in front of customers Had higher up who continued to be condescending and negative towards employees The organization of floor products was atrocious Forced store credit card promotions on employees and customers

      Pros

      Great Customers and coworkers. The products we affordable and great quality and I loved doing the visual Merchandising changes for the wall decor and home organizations. We really had a great team we provided great customer service and the local real estate loved coming in for assistance

      Cons

      The miscommunication between the upper management and the store level management wavered. We went over 8 months without a Store Director. High labor demands and lack of support led to a high turnover rate and a toxic work environment. Pay isn't commensurate with responsibilities.
