Pros

Not many seriously none zip

Cons

The fans to keep you cool are broken the outlets are hanging out of there box or they are burnt out the lights that hang off the fan are shattered or don't work or the wire has been cut they make you work alone while moving heavy boxes and dressers and other furniture and you have to keep your box rate above 95 or higher depending on the day if you don't they will start threatening to fire you even tho they know there isn't any freight or some people pick throught the pallets looking for small boxes and your stuck moving the big boxes that hurt your numbers and cause you to get threatened even more and the pay is 15 other places pay 17 or more and they say it's because of the bonus ,that bonus you won't see until you get over 900 boxes and if your not picking through the pallets or have some help moving the boxes you won't get to see the bonus and they offer fork lift certification every 3 or 4 years while I can go to lowes work there as part time and get forklift certified and more equipment certifications

Pros

Fine enough coworkers to be around

Cons

Horrendous corporate staff. Overly aggressive marketing for customers that clearly don't seem to actually care to buy anything. 90 day no question return policy means customers buy things constantly and return them even faster. Terrible inbound freight allocation, dozens of the same item are sent on each and every truck that do not sell. Overpriced, ugly, and uncomfortable furniture that sits and fits for months on end. Corporate will tear you a new one for not getting enough customers to sign up for ad bloated emails and text marketing, while also pushing a credit card with terrible benefits from a scummy bank. Will be out of business before the end of the decade.
