Starting Job - Designer Atelier Ten Employee Review

This is the 4th AEC company I have worked for and I have stayed for a long time. The SF office is run by women and they are a very supportive group. Management is very transparent and approachable.

A little on the introverted side.

There is a lot of exposure to exciting and innovative projects, the staff is incredibly intelligent, and the workplace feels very casual for a top tier firm.

The majority of the work is benchmarking documentation for LEED, WELL, ILFI, etc. if you are looking to learn beyond that it will take several years before you do anything else.
