Pros

Athena is a permanent work-from-home employment that provides Executive Assistants to CEOs, founders, and up and comers globally. It is unique compared to other virtual employment as it has a strong community that supports us to become better in what we do, there are coaches who will guide you in every challenging situation, and readily available tools to continuously enrich your knowledge and skills.

Cons

Only a few would make it in Athena as some of my referrals who are also experienced virtual assistants and tenured agents in the BPO did not pass. I re-applied as I want to get in and was able to pass on my 2nd try.

Pros

Pay was good, simple and fast sale, Tons of inbound. Too good to be true…

Cons

Little training or organization. As a new hire was able to do really well in a short period of time but was part of mass lay off 6 days before Christmas. Layoff was handled terribly. Still waiting to get reimbursed for shipping cost for returning company equipment. I regret applying here and it really screwed up my life. The leadership is both incompetent and cruel.
