7yAthena has a strong record of success in southern New England, since 1984. Although Athena has acquired additional centers over the past few years, we have only expanded in geographical areas with an existing Athena footprint, to not stretch our team too thin. Our expansion has served to strengthen our centers and fortify our financial stability. Because of this, we believe our managed centers are a better place for residents to live, patients to stay and employees to work.
Additionally, Athena has an established grievance procedure for employees who feel their concerns have not been sufficiently addressed at the center level. We invite all employees to utilize this (via mail, email and phone access) and communicate this is several ways.
